Ordering and shipping process

Orders placed by 2 pm GMT will be processed the same business day. The moment you place your order you will receive an email with all important information such as your order number. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process an order. Shipping then takes approximately 3-10 business days. We ship within the UK and postage is always free.

Order tracking

You can track your order on this page using the tracking number or order number you received in the email after placing your order.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. If you have not managed to cancel your order before processing, you can use the return option within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

Damaged and incorrect orders

If your order has arrived damaged or contains a different product than you ordered, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Make sure the email includes your order number and photo documentation of the problem. Delayed orders

Orders may be delayed during holiday periods or periods of increased demand. Usually orders will arrive within a few days, but if it has been 3 days since the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will find out where your package is.
